This national bilingual report is for production professionals in the fashion industry and focuses on the need to shift to a green approach. Therefore, the report’s design needed to be fresh and sophisticated in place of an eco-cliché. The English and French portions are separated by the gutter, binding and negative space. The language always remains on the same page side. The languages are also sectioned by rose gold and forest green colour coding rectangles. The design of the layout is clean, feminine, and airy. The use of ample negative space and strong hierarchy eases readers through dense amounts of content. The challenge with the design was to provide both readers with the same hierarchy, pull quotes, and experience no matter the language.
